Money Back Guarantee
HostechSupport agrees to pay the money back to the company for any unused portion of the services, in case the company decides to terminate the contract. However, HostechSupport shall hold a part of the amount per month with respect to the plan chosen.
Cancellation & Refund policy
HostechTech Support has a one call refund policy. You may request for a refund upon cancelling your subscription within 3 days of purchase of your subscription. Once we receive a request refunds are processed within 7- 10 business days, then it takes another 3-5 days to be credited to your credit card.
HostTech Support's services are delivered on an integrated delivery platform, which allows us to support your servers remotely. The services we provide may not be successful because the problem you are experiencing may be beyond our ability to resolve remotely or and/or may be due to an irreparable software and/or hardware issue. If for any reason you are not wholly satisfied with the service, we will make commercially reasonable efforts to resolve the issue to you satisfaction.
Refunds are only processed after receiving a request via email from the registered email address in our records. Please send your email to firstname.lastname@example.org. We do not process requests over chat and phone.
Terms which may void the refund request are:
- If the work has been successfully done and refund is claimed after a week
- If you have used technical support services on two or more instances.
- If you are requesting for a refund from an email address which isn't the registered email address.
- If you are requesting for a refund to a credit card which wasn't the same as the one which you used to process payment while placing an order for your subscription.
- If you have placed a request by any medium besides email.
Below mentioned charges will be applicable for processing all refund
- If cancelled within 24 hours of your purchase no cancellation charges would be applicable.
- All HostechTech Support services come with a money-back guarantee. For Per Incident (Single Fix Plan), in case our experts cannot resolve your server problem or our repair doesn't work, contact HostechTech Support within 7 days of service delivery so we can try to resolve your server problem again at no cost to you or if unsuccessful, provide you with a full refund for the purchase price.
- Single fix plans are non refundable as it is a nominal charge for a one time service. However in the next 30 days the same issue reoccurs then we resolve it free of charge
- For our recurring subscription plan there is no refund for the one time set up fee but , however if you wish to cancel the subscription( monthly recurring payment) ,you may request so by sending an email email@example.com from your registered email address in our records.
HostechSupport will not increase the Service rates for the Company during the initial term of this agreement. The length of the term chosen by the Company is in the TERM/TERMINATION paragraph of this agreement. During the initial term of this agreement if HostechSupport lowers the rate for the same plan on its website (HostechSupport) then we will lower the rates charged to the Company to match the website rates and plans.
Change of Plan
The Client can change from its present plan to any other plan of HostechSupport anytime during the contract period. The change of plan will be made effective from the next billing date and company agrees to pay the amount corresponding to the new plan chosen with effect from the date of change of plan. HostechSupport does not charge anything for the change of plan activation.
Contract term could be month to month, 3 months, 6 months or 12 months. Following the original term of this agreement the, terms shall remain effective until either party receives a receipt of written notice. Either party will provide written notice with a 30-days notification, of Cancellation.
Company, its subsidiaries or affiliates shall not directly or indirectly solicit, employ, otherwise retain or refer to any entity or individual or any staff member of HostechSupport for a period of one year after termination of the contract. HostechSupport will not approach, employ or hold any employee of the Company.
Compensation, Invoice and Payment
Company agrees to pay HostechSupport in US dollars. The Company shall pay each invoice within 10 days from the invoice date. Upon termination of the agreement, HostechSupport shall be paid for all partial periods (if any) prior to the date of service termination. Invoices paid after 10 days from invoice date will have a 2% per month interest charge added. Plan and the payment amount is the accompanying 'ADDENDUM'. Paypal is the authorized Payment gateway for HostechSupport.
If you have to sign up for our Per-ticket plan, you need to refill your account with 100 USD every 3 months. It means you have to refill your account by 100 USD, in every 3 months & this is specifically for the 'Per-ticket plan' only.
If any provision of this Agreement shall be held invalid or unenforceable, all remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable. Any provision held to be valid and enforceable by the Court if such provision was limited, then that provision shall be deemed to be valid and enforceable as written or construed with those limitations effective.

This Agreement shall be defined and interpreted under the laws of the State of Maharashtra, and Company agrees to settlement under the jurisdiction of Indian Courts in the State of Maharashtra, district of Nasik and in the country of India.
This is the Service Level Agreement between the parties. This Agreement replaces any prior written or oral agreements related to services, between the parties. This Agreement may be modified only in writing and when signed by both parties.
